They have fantastic typicly Toscana restaurant with large choice of wine and food. Parking very large ..free and secure. We received plenty information regarding Toscana and what to visit from staff and owner. Amazing Experience. The property is breathtakingly beautiful! Every detail has been thoughtfully designed and is absolutely stunning. The kitchen is well-equipped, the bedrooms are spacious, and our host Mariana was excellent—always quick to respond to any questions. The common areas are beautifully decorated, and the outdoor spaces—the pool, barbecue area, spa, and sauna—are truly luxurious. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone!

    The whole area is very beautiful, lots of small villages on hill tops, hidden gems, while in a perfect central spot in Tuscany. You can either stay in the area (Siena and San Gimignano still only 30-40 minutes drive), or explore further (Florence just an hour away).

    Nice hotel 1,5 km south of the village San Rocco a Pilli. Friendly reception with a guy that speaks very good English. My room was big and comfortable with a fridge (and 2 bottles of water!), telly, good WiFi and good airco. The hotel has a bar (with no wine...). Breakfast was a buffet and very good. The hotel has a few nice terraces where you can sit.

    Great location to base yourself as you can visit many places from there, you can even go to Siena by the bus that stops in front of the property in under 30 minutes. The rooms are big and the apartment is well equiped, air condition is highly appreciated in the hot Tuscany's summer. You have a supermarket 5 minutes away by foot
