The apartment is completely new and built with the utmost attention to many details, with all the refinements. This is an apartment that fits a family easily. The apartment was sparkling clean. Gabriela, who speaks fluent English, communicated with us efficiently and was waiting for us when we arrived to give us the keys and show us what was needed in the apartment. It has excellent heating with air conditioners. The bed and mattress are very comfortable and there are many closets.

Lovely boutique hotel, curated with great attention to detail and highlighting the historic elements of this old venetian villa. This was our third stay and we wouldn't change a single thing! The entire team are absolutely lovely and always make us (and our dog) feel right at home. The train ride to venice island is only a few stops and there are many cafés, bars and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Pro tip: plan your trip to stay on a Monday and visit the weekly market in Moglinao Veneto in the morning! Added bonus: the washer and dryer are always nice when we have been on the road for a while.

    I really liked the location. It is a quiet neighbourhood with all amenities around the corner. It was easy to reach Venice by a 20 minute train ride. The pizza restaurant recommended by Luca was fantastic, much better than any restaurant we tried in Venice. The flat was very nice and clean, we did not miss anything. The beds were really comfortable, and it was nice to have an aircon. Luca sent a lot of useful information in advance. It was great to retire to this flat aftet crowded Venice. We had a glimpse of local life in Spinea.

    The Apartment is New, spacious and clean, as shown in the picture. Súper confortable for our family of 4. It is located close to spinea train station, which is well connected with venice. The owner was responding very fast to our requests and was kind of leaving chocolate easter eggs in the Apartment for us to enjoy.

    Very spacious and excellent equipped apartment. It is located only 15-20 minutes from Venice. Spinea is wonderful for itself. Shops, cafetirias and restaurants are on walking distance. Gabriela is wonderful host and helped us with everything. I strongly recommend the place.
