The place is just beautiful.you drive through the countryside and find yourself surrounded by trees and a peaceful place.perfect for families with kids to play outside on the grass and in their playground,perfect to have your food outside on a bench, and even perfect for couples for a nice romatic getaway.there are also some chickens and goats which the children loved seeing and petting.the owners are lovelh, not to mention their homemade delicaces straigt frlm their produce are just amazing, from the yogurt ,to the honey , their cake ,jams and fruits everything done by themselves.

Brand new and modern hotel with excellent location near train station and bus stop from airport. If you come lete need to pre-book late check in for additional costs, but anyway it is best choice we had in Bergamo.

A true boutique hotel with 12 rooms in a central location with excellent service and efficiency. As soon as we arrived, the lady at the reception came to greet us and helped us with our luggage. She was extremely helpful and proactive in organising our plans for our stay (taxi to the airport, timings for breakfast, etc) and showed us to our room and explained everything. She even gave us a luggage scale to weigh our bags for our upcoming wizz air flight. The room itself had everything we needed and was immaculately clean and very quiet on the top floor. Very comfortable bed and an amazing marble shower with three different settings and a door that fully seals so you get a lovely steam effect. Soft towels and the most comfortable bathrobes and slippers. They had also put the radiators on in the bathroom before our arrival (knowing we're from Australia and not used to the cold), which was a kind touch. Lots of complimentary amenities, including individual toiletries and bottled spring water. We also had a skylight in our room, which was nice. The design and decor of the hotel was very tasteful and elegant. There was a lift/elevator too, which is not always a given in Italy. Breakfast was fantastic, and everything was of the highest quality, no pre-packaged supermarket pastries here! The crossiants were heavenly. Included with the cold cuts, pastries, fruits, yogurts, juices, etc. was barista coffee and a hot dish made by the chef. It was so beautifully plated. My only regret was that we had to leave for our flight so we couldn't fully enjoy it. Make sure you make time for breakfast! I don't think I could stay anywhere else in Bergamo after staying at Petronilla. It's worth the extra price compared to Best Western, Mercure, etc. The staff are highly trained and the hotel is very well run. Highly recommend.

    we needed a room just to overnight before a super early flight. There were 3 of us, the size of the room was ok, the beds were comfortable, there were towels and a clean enough bathroom. till Bergamo airport is approx 10-15m. by car. keep in mind that Italians sometimes close the roads without alternative suggestions so for us it took 30mins at night without any traffic.

    The location is nice as it is not far from Bergamo airport however it is very far from the main road. It has a beautiful field view which I think will be good for summer/ spring time. The room has good size.

    Very nice and very original-styled but cosy apartment in a cute little village, we liked it a lot. Good kitchen and bathroom. We slept well (sofa and bed). Public transport worked well to Bergamo.
