Perfect location when walking the via Francigena. Clean and quiet. Practical accommodation with en suite bathroom, breakfast, and a happy host. The equally unpretentious restaurant opposite does some great vegetarian options. What's not to like?

Lovely room and bathroom. Clean comfortable with everything you need and more. Very hospitable hosts. Breakfast provided which was ample and varied with coffee and tea making facilities. Highly recommend for short or longer stays. Short walk into one of the main piazzas with the other piazza close by. Location very good near amphitheater and right on via Francigena.

The couple who run this adorable apartment are two of the loveliest people that I have met. The love of their village, history and the joy that they can deliver through this apartment is everywhere from the doormat, to Jim Morrison, the washing machine- absolutely every detail is beautifully presented. Right off the Via Francigena and close to the center of Sutri, this room was really perfect. Clean, large room and very comfortable. Even though the apartment is shared it felt very private and nice. Check-in was easy and simple. Highly recommend!
