Perfect location when walking the via Francigena. Clean and quiet. Practical accommodation with en suite bathroom, breakfast, and a happy host. The equally unpretentious restaurant opposite does some great vegetarian options. What's not to like?

The couple who run this adorable apartment are two of the loveliest people that I have met. The love of their village, history and the joy that they can deliver through this apartment is everywhere from the doormat, to Jim Morrison, the washing machine- absolutely every detail is beautifully presented. We stayed in Elena’s suite and the moment we walked in we decided to stay another night. The host is a wonderfull lady and she really cares about her guest. She’s still learning english but she’s doing a fantastic job to explain how everything works, she even texted us some locations we could visit. If you’re in Sutri you have to stay in this suite!

Great location in Sutri with lovely views from the balcony. It was comfortable for my purposes and stay. The provision of bottled water and coffee was a welcome bonus. Generally very clean.

Modern rooms while outside still looks older italian style. Luxurious areas and good morning buffet. Hotel area has good garden, especially in the evening. Staff was nice and helpful.
