Everything met or exceeded our expectations. Staff is super friendly, respectful and expert in handling guests. The whole area is well designed, properly decorated (we were here in December) and relaxing. Breakfast was more than enough there was a wide variety of choices. There were a lot types of local products like cheese, yogurt and wine and these are top quality items (we bought some to take these home because these were irresistible for our taste). Also unlimited amount of high quality coffee / cappuccino for the breakfast is a big plus in my case since I usually drink 5-7 coffees a day :). For the room there was daily cleaning even if it was absolutely not necessary. The rooms are well separated from the restaurant with a dedicated entrance and 3 doors. There were lot of things met our interests in 1-2 hr driving range so the location of the place is more than ideal for us. I can highly recommend this accommodation, we will return for sure.

The Da Nando restaurant's food is exceptional. We would give it 5 stars. We had for dinner the basic menu and it was an absolute delight and deserves a highest rating. The friendliness was great, with unexpected generosity. Little welcomes, a glass of bubbly. Our room at the hotel was large and very tastefully decorated. We directly felt at home. It was sparkling clean, like the hotel in general. Very friendly welcome. Breakfast choices very good. In total, our stay exceeded our expectations by far.

The property is immaculately clean, just beyond words. Very beautifuly decorated, amazing inner yard, very cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was just outstanding, the best we ever had in Italy (and we’ve had a lot throughout the years). The owners are very warm and hospitable people, who take the best care of their guests. Town of Bertiolo is small, but there are a few places to eat and have an evening walk.

Everything was absolutely fine. We had to modify our check in time because of traffic issues but there was no problem with it at all. Dogs in the back garden are super cute :). All important facilities like pizzeria, supermarket, ice cream, etc. are nearby. Our host was really helpful and gave us very good breakfast. Also there is an insane amount of choice of available types of coffee which is definitely a big plus because we are heavily addicted. We will definitely return.

Fabulous apartment last minute booking on our travels and was close enough to where we were travelling too. Shop across the street onsite parking great terrace. Three beers on arrival, gotta love that.. Would definitely recommend.
