From the moment we entered it was five star service. At checkin Adel, Tamara and Nicolo were very cordial. The views of the river and beautiful hills made it hard to look away. The property is beautiful and the staff are AMAZING! My friend and I arrived really underprepared, we didn’t have a car and it’s quite difficult to get around without one but the owner and his son bent over backwards to help us. I honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough you’ve just got to rent a car!

Beautiful building, excellent welcoming staff. It has a lovely pool that our children thoroughly enjoyed using in the hot and sunny weather. Our rooms were rearranged to accommodate an extra bed with no fuss. The staff are so helpful and kind. Breakfast was fantastic with such a choice of items to choose from with fresh coffee. Seating on a terrace with beautiful views. We didn’t have a car, but there was a lovely taxi driver initially organised by the hotel, and we then used for the remainder of our stay. So kind and reasonably priced, he took us back to Florence and took us to the the hill top view point and helped us find our accommodation. His name was Mario.

We had an incredible 6 nights here. The hosts were very accomodating and gave us amazing suggestions that we may not have otherwise thought of. The breakfast each morning was varied, and extremely delicious - a great way to start your morning in Tuscany. Cannot recommend highly enough! We recommend learning a few basic Italian words to aid in communicating with the hosts :-).
