The coast is beautiful, I would recommend the "piscine naturali di Marina di Serra" and the Grotta delle Monache. It is also close to other beautiful places like Grotta verde di Andrano and Il ponte ciolo, both not to be missed! The town is small but ok for small shopping, just a few bars and a big square. The courtyard is beautiful and we spent our mornings reading in the sun under the orange trees. The B&B is right in the centre of Tricase. Our rooms were extremely clean and had everything we needed, even a little kitchenette to make tea or coffee. Chiara is a great host and was always available if we needed anything.
