Everything! The hotel, food, pool and spa facilities were fantastic. The decor stylish and the ambience warm & welcoming. The staff were friendly yet professional and couldn't do enough to make sure our stay was perfect. We felt 100% spoilt and would definitely stay again

We felt so welcomed by our host, like family.. Our room was incredibly comfortable and inviting. We had dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed breakfast as well. The hotel has a lift if needed, a small kitchenette in our room, an ample sized bathroom and balcony, and a little booth for eating should we have prepared our own meals. Fantastic blockout curtains and parking directly in front of the hotel was great. For those needing WiFi it was a great constant signal. There was nothing we needed for at all. Our host had already thought of everything. It was a wonderful stay, we only wished it was longer. But when we return we will absolutely stay again, it was perfect for us.

    This was a great location with easy drives to Lago Braies (30 min) and Tre Cime (one hour). The town itself was small, but filled with restaurants and shops. The views were beautiful. And while we played golf at Alta Badia (one hour drive and best views), there is a golf course right around the corner from this hotel that looks pretty great as well. The area was a great home base to go to many different popular sites.

    Better than I expected, the apartment was great. I didn't use the kitchen facilities as we were just there for a night but looked well equiped. We arrived late so they allowed us to self check in which was super helpful. They small parking in front of the hotel and apparently a garage with eletric charges, as we arrived late with no reception we weren't able to ask about it, but I believe you might have to pay extra to park in the garage and obviously pay for the vehicle charging.

    We got everything we expected. Very pleasant and fast communication with the owners Fabian and Angelika, they were very interested in our comfort and satisfaction. Registration was quick and hassle free online. Price very nice for the area, amenities and room size matched the two stars- we were very satisfied. There is also a ski storage room. Ski bus in front of the hotel.

    The hotel is okish, the rooms are big and clean with nice views. However, the reception and rest of common space is a bit old and tacky. We were lucky that the hotel offered dinner if requested one day before.
