It's more of a family setting than a brick and mortar cold structure, where staff makes you feel like a family member rather than a "hotel passenger." There are plenty of spaces to roam and walk. Kids amenities. Staff is amazingly accommodating and friendly. Served food is excellent, Piamontese cuisine and a variety of local wines to try.
