A small, cozy, yet fully equipped apartment situated in a peaceful location close to secluded nature trails and top attractions of Tuscany. There is a bathroom downstairs with a shower, and a bedroom with a dining and kitchen unit upstairs. The bed is spacious and very comfortable, there is a bath tub next to it. The kitchen unit is really small and you need to climb three stairs, but it's sufficient, especially if you want to explore the local cuisine outside :-). There is no designated parking space, but you can park your car at a nearby square (we stayed there for 5 nights in July and there was always some free space there). There is a shop quite close to the apartment. The owner is really nice and helpful. The house itself and the architecture of it are astounding - we were wondering what the history of the building was. Also, there is an air conditioning unit, a fan, and wooden shutters to help you deal with the heat outside. Don't forget to visit Vicopisano itself - it's a charming little town.

We were very comfortable and had a large bedroom and large private bathroom with plenty of storage for clothes. There was a good selection of cereals, pastries, yogurts as well as orange juice, milk and bottles of water, tea and coffee to which we had access at all times. Patrizia was very welcoming and came in to clear up in the kitchen and check supplies. The location is very central, close to shops, bars and restaurants but not noisy. There are two other bedrooms with a shared bathroom and there were only 2 nights when someone else was staying so we were very lucky to have the place almost to ourselves. It is close to our friends who live in Vicopisano and very good value for money so we will be staying again the next time we visit them.

We stopped at this hotel on our way from Pisa to Rome. Although I've stayed at places that cost 10 times more than this hotel, I've never stayed in such a beautiful hotel room. All kinds of cleaning kits were available free of charge. The hotel was truly perfect with everything. I recommend it to everyone. It's a great place.

An exceptional hotel. Characterful but relatively low key. Ideal for a relaxing holiday but with Pisa on the doorstep and Florence, Volterra and so much more to visit in the area. The pool is beautiful and the gardens really peaceful. The breakfasts are excellent, as are the evening meals and the restaurant a wonderful setting. Moreover, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, making for a lovely atmosphere. I would definitely recommend and hope to return

    This is a medieval town with lots of history.

    This is a medieval town with lots of history. It is very interesting but not enough to do for too long. There is only 1 shop, a bar and eating places. There is a bus but it is a limited timetable. You really need transport to get to other places or the railway station. We are visiting italian friends who live in Vicopisano and they take us out in their car. However, it is a lovely quiet place to stay and relax.

    A delightful small town with adequate shops (including an excellent Bakery, several restaurants a very pleasant Bar. It is a lovely place to stroll around its narrow streets, very uncommercialized. It is very conveniently located as a staging point for trains to Pisa and Florence from stations either at Cascina or Pontedera. Alternatively a drive by car to Lucca and San Gimingnano.

    The domain is lovely and the owner, Manuela, is an amazing and welcoming host. The room we stayed at had a nice vintage charm, with a very modern bathroom area. We had a really good time in the quiet and relaxing environment of Manuela's agriturismo, in the middle of the olive groves, where we also got to enjoy the outdoor pool. Its location near Pisa and Vicopisano provided for some nice city trips. The road up to the domain is quite bumpy, but it's definitely worth the trip, and we would love to come back as soon as possible :-)

    We stayed in the small town Vicopisano to visit friends and had an excellent stay at the B&B. The room was big for the whole family, very spacious and clean bathroom, central location close to bus stop, so even without car easy to reach from Pontedera (next train stop). Good bus connections to Pisa and surroudings, tickets can be purchased in the Tabac store nearby. Very warm welcome by the host. Plenty of information material provided inside living room.

    Tranquil location. Great for family with older children. The pool was a hit with our teenagers. If you like walking, the picturesque village of Vicopisano is a 25 minute walk. Marina the host was very helpful and we dined in a couple of the restaurants she recommended. If you have small children you’ll probably need a car to get about.

    We loved our beautiful bathroom and really comfy bed. The location was really good, 30 min by car to Pisa and Lucca, 1.15 min to Florence. Nice restaurants (#30metriquatri!!!) and 900 years old historical village close to the house. The hostess Peatrize was very friendly and caring and lovely. We really enjoyed our stay in Vicopisano.

    If you like staying in an old Tuscan villa with a lovely garden, then this is the perfect place. The owners live there and they served us breakfast (including a good strong coffee). This is a charming place to stay for those who appreciate accommodation that is different from the standard hotel experience.
