The apartment was well equipped and very spacious, everything looked brand new. N.B. the apartmennt is located in an industrial area, don’t expect sights around, but there are shops nearby and a presumably good restaurant in the neighbourhood, so we would call the place comfortable. We booked rather late (hours before arrival), so it was a bit difficult to get hold of the keys, but after that the host proved to be absolutely helpful and nice.

My son and I travel a lot and stay in many hotels and apartments — but this place truly stands out. First of all, the interiors: if you love the charm of tenement-style buildings blended with modern touches and exquisite design, you’ll fall in love here. The location couldn’t be more central or convenient — everything is just steps away. But as always, what makes the biggest difference is the host. Incredibly responsive, flexible, easy to communicate with, and genuinely helpful. I don’t think I’ve ever had such smooth, pleasant communication with any host before. A big plus: the modern, well-equipped kitchen, stocked with coffee, snacks, and fruit. Honestly, this place is a gem.

I was upgraded to a recently refurbished room. The beds were excellent as was the whole room. The air conditioner was one of the quietest I've seen. Comfort was excellent. Breakfast was typical of hotels, i.e. plentiful with lots of variety. Very good. Staff was very professional and considerate. The swimming pool was excellent and was included in the price. Considering the pool and breakfast, getting a deal here is excellent value for money.

Everything was ok, there were parking places around the hotel, not in the garage. Which was easy and convenient. The location of the hotel is very convenient if you are with car, the roads to the Bologna center and even to the Unipol arena are fast and cinvenient.

Accommodation was fantastic with very helpful and friendly staff everywhere in the hotel. Hotel was located near a small shopping mall and a short bus trip to Bologna. Good choice of evening meals at the hotel with everyone living the pizza night.
