We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this charming place! Many thanks for your warm welcome and helpful local recommendations. In every corner of this oasis, you sense a hospitality and a deep respect for the surrounding landscape. Outstanding location with amazing views and a short walk to the train station. Ideal for day trips to Cinque Terre or Portofino. Private parking was excellent, although about 100 metres from the apartment. Stefania was very attentive and kind, offering suggestions for things to do in the area.

If it was possible to give an 11, I would give an 11 for the location. The villa is part of a larger property owned by the Count of Zoagli. There are fascinating paths, stairs, walls, and more stairs. The view is wonderful whichever direction you look. A pair of mating seagull like birds provide entertainment with a variety of squawks and squalls. The public beach of Zoagli is five minutes away, once you learn the short cuts. The kitchen is not described in the listing so we weren't sure what to expect. It's great. There is a nice tile backsplash on the wall, and a gas stove. (How we have missed gas stoves, living in Europe.) There's even a microwave. There is no coffee capsule machine, but instead, a real stovetop coffee maker, and I discovered a big jar of suitable coffee on the kitchen shelf, so I didn't even have to buy any. The bed is comfortable, and if your spouse snores, you can flee to the couch in the next room, which was fine for sleeping. (Two couples in the villa might be a bit crowded though). I appreciated that there were a variety of blankets, instead of the usual stifling feather bed. Lori manages the property and is available to assist with any questions, as she works right next door. She speaks English.

The apt has a superb location. It is close to the city center and has a beautiful view to the sea. We used to sit in the evenings and in the morning to just admire the blue sea. We have to say that sometimes the cars and motorbikes passing by in the street below our balcony were irritating. Overall a great place to stay and with a great host. I strongly recommend it for families.

The location, although out of a major town was beautiful. The traditional home is set up in the quiet hills and has beautiful views out every window, either down to Zoagli, Portofino or over olive groves and terraces. The home is very spacious, comfortable and has everything we needed. Missing some mod-cons, but we loved our stay here.

    Excellent centrally located. Extremely nice owners that are always willing to help. Rooms are nice. Free good coffee, and plenty of breakfast. There is a fridge if you fancy your own yogurt 😀 it is a 10 minutees walk to a quite beautiful beach. The stairs up give you a good workout to counter the Italian Food Intake 😀💪🏼. Rapallo and Zoagli centre are at easy reach by car. There is free parking on the property or nearby depending on the room. The garden and terraces are great to chill and relax. We will definitely return!

    Stayed here to visit cinque terre away from tourists. Gorgeous view as per photo, house is outstanding. Steep steps though that's the price for the view. Quiet area, Rapallo is a great town as is Zoagli. Owner is brilliant sends all information on parking, house, locations to visit.

    The house it’s self is good but it is quite fare from Zoagli center, different from what was mentioned in the listing, not walkable for Dinner etc, you can walk but it’s a steep hike back up
