This house is not far from many attractions. Despite the fact that there is a road nearby, the house was quiet. Very large rooms. The kitchen contains everything you need. Elena and her husband were very pleasant hosts and answered all questions. We stayed as a family with three children and were very pleased with our stay in this house.

This was more than we expected. Very nice building with a story behind it. Nice spacious room. We had a balcony with a mountain view. Dinner and breakfast were super delicious - italian flavours at their best. Really grateful to the host for such a wonderful experience.

the place is wonderful. beautiful view onto the hills. unfortunately this period was not the best for the restaurants, even a few of the recommended ones were fails, so we had to keep searching, but finally we found the best. merloni! the host is very kind, rather fond of Bologna! i can understand why! walking down to and up from the "downtown" is a bliss.

This place was so special! The staff is so welcoming and generous, you really feel like a welcome guest. The view from the garden is so beautiful and the building itself as well. I can only recommend you book the dinner as it was amazing as well, really just felt like getting an authentic home cooked meal and everything was delicious. The bedroom itself was really beautiful and big as well and the self serve breakfast was plenty and very thoughtful. Also, the farm next to the stay had lots of kittens when we were there which is a big plus in my book. Was a perfect stay for a night between cities on our Italy trip, would gladly visit again.

    The rooms and the house are cosy and tidy. The room had the largest shower space and the best soundproofing we experienced on our vacation in Italy. The view down into the valley was amazing. There was plenty of free parking space as well as a nice restaurant just next door. The hotel and the restaurant are part of the same complex and the check-in is actually in the restaurant, not the hotel.

    The owner Massimo welcome us generously and make us feel at home. Room was spacious, very clean and super comfortable. The diner, as the breakfast at the restaurant of the hotel was really good. The view from the room was phenomenal.

    There is not much choice for breakfast, but what is available is of good quality. We were happy with the hotel's own restaurant and dinner was very good. The area is quiet and very cosy.
