The entire staff was very courteous and friendly, they respond to any questions or request promptly. Marvin the driver was awesome; very friendly and was able to answer questions about the areas we passed on the way to the BM Museum. Having a nurse on staff.

I like how secure the place was if u don’t live there u can’t come there sample… the staff was super friendly and helpful.. the pictures did not do this hotel justice the place is beautiful the rooms was super clean.. I felt at home with this place and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.the location is also perfect if u not driving and want to walk around it’s safe and u will find lots to do.

Staying there is a classy experience. Everything is provided with style and attention to detail. I always feel way more important than I am when staying there. Of course the food, service, cookies at bedtime, all add to the overall feel of elegance at Terra Nova.

The breakfast was really good. It was a group of 5 and we all enjoyed the breakfast. The location was perfect for our trip. The property offered a gym, tennis court etc. The bedrooms were clean, and it had complimentary water, tea and coffee.

Nice location, quiet and safe.

Nice location, quiet and safe. There's a little shop nearby for groceries and a hot meal. Unfortunately, it's a bit of a walk to get to the high street where one can connect with public transport if one does not have a car.
