I loved everything about the property, the staff the fresh food which you could see growing on the land... the sound of the rushing waters from the waterfall.. just everything was more than perfect ...left speechless and even cut my time somewhere else to spend my last days back at the hotel.

Our recent stay at the Prince Valley Guesthouse was nothing short of exceptional. Check-in with the housekeeper was swift and easy. We had use of the whole living and kitchen area plus our bedroom and bathroom. The outside terrace is fabulous with incredible views down towards Kingston. Breakfast is cooked on site by the housekeeper - we stayed three nights and had three different traditional Jamaican breakfasts. All superb.

The Jackson family and everyone working at the guest house were really friendly and welcoming. It was such a treat to have lovely homecooked meals and Sandra took into account all our dietary needs. This is the perfect place to do the Blue Mountain Peak hike, which was stunning. The beds were super comfy!

Set in woodland, this lovely old property was full of charm and character. The surrounding lush vegetation attracted lots of hummingbirds including mango and swallowtails, making this a birdwatchers paradise. The room was very comfortable and substantial, and we had use of a lounge area which opened to an impressive balcony. Most memorable however was the adorable manager, who was also housekeeper and chef, and went out of her way to make us feel welcome and look after all our needs. With nothing to treat mosquito bites from a previous stop, she even went into nearby Mavis Bank town to buy some antihistamine. She also organised transport and a guide for our hike to the Blue Mountain peak.
