We upgraded for the luxury tent and it was worth it. The tents are very nice, with comfortable bed and a big bathroom with a very nice shower. The camp is so special with its cozy main tent where people come together after the petra tours to relax, listen to local music and drink (complementary) tee. The lights at night are amazing. The food at dinner and breakfast was also amazing, with a big buffet of local food. Everyone was super friendly. The location is perfect for starting the petra tour from the back entry (highly recommended).

Such a beautiful resort!Room was big and very comfortable esp the pillows,complete with all the amenties. Staff was genuine and kind.Mr.Waleed,the GM was very nice and welcoming,Yousaf and Mr. Safwan was very helpful and accomodating, we were even upgraded to a deluxe room! Overall it was a fantastic stay! Been to diff hotels around the world and this is one of the best! Will surely come back!Thanks!

The facility is amazingly close to Petra. You can arrive there by walking nearly 200-300 meters. After 28000 pace in Petra, swimming in the rooftop pool is very relaxing. There is also a hot tub and a tea corner where you can drink and enjoy the beautiful view. The service, the breakfast, the room and amenities… Everything was perfect. Special thanks to each staff

We have stayed 4 different hotels in Jordan. It was the most perfect one so far. The lobby looks very luxurious. They have very beatiful interior designs in the lobby and corridors. The breakfast was so far the best one. They have to many options to chose from cheddar to pastries. They put 2 types of tea and coffee to rooms. They have parking area which is very important considering Petra's narrow roads. The staff was very helpful. They explained us how can we travel in petra, which roads should we chose. They even gave us small presents when we are checking out. Thank you for everything...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at hotel Petra Moon that exceeded all my expectations: from the breathtaking location to the top-notch facilities, everything was simply perfect! However, what truly made my stay unforgettable was the extraordinary service provided by the hotel staff, particularly Raja and Osama at the front desk, Hosaifa, and the entire team. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted with great kindness and professionalism. Raja at the front desk not only efficiently handled the check-in process but also took the time to explain all the amenities and services available at the hotel. The attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable were truly commendable. They were always willing to answer my questions and provide helpful recommendations on places to visit in the city. Their passion for their work and genuine interest in guest satisfaction made a significant difference in my experience. Hosaifa, on the other hand, was always attentive. His friendly attitude and professionalism were exceptional. He was constantly attentive to my needs and asking if I needed anything. However, I cannot fail to mention the rest of the hotel staff, who also played a crucial role in making my stay an unforgettable experience. From the friendly bellboys who were always ready to assist with luggage to the housekeeping staff who kept my room impeccably clean, every team member displayed an exceptional level of professionalism and courtesy. In addition to the outstanding service, the hotel facilities were simply stunning. The rooms were elegant, spacious, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could desire. The jacuzzi and pool were also top-notch, and I was able to relax and enjoy quality time during my stay. In summary, my experience at this hotel was absolutely exceptional.     we have encountered fraudulent behavior on the part of the...

    we have encountered fraudulent behavior on the part of the accommodation operator. after making the reservation via "booking.com" we arrived to the location - meeting with the resort representative "Ahmad" we were taken to another camp resort ( very old, nor matching the pictures during the booking, empty ) being told that the other "camp" is full... but 1 room could still be found - as long as we're happy to pay double price. We accepted as we're in the middle of desert. But this was clearly deliberate fraudulent conduct. Our recommendation would be for Booking.com not to keep contractual relationship with such accommodation providers.

    Perfect place to stay in Little Petra, very near from Petra...

    Perfect place to stay in Little Petra, very near from Petra itself with the advantage of being isolated from the tourist crowd Staff is friendly and their recommandations of what; where, how, the do and don't is highly valuable Food was good and diverse ut breakfast can be improved

    Great location right next to little Petra and 5 minutes from...

    Great location right next to little Petra and 5 minutes from Petra. Suggest you take a car to the top (Rear) of Petra and enter near the monastery then walk down hill towards the entrance as it is a big day of walking. Hotel has lovely staff and very helpful. Every night was a large outdoor fire with tea service and music while the hills had lights on them for great photos. Suggest spending two nights in this hotel min maybe 3-4 nights to experience all the surround areas.
