The service in Hotel it's amazing! When we came , and during all our 2 days , personal was very attentive! They treat for us coffee, dates , sweets. Also they shared very useful information about Petra : to start from back entry ,it was more easy. Breakfast was good also. Location it's good. The bed in room was big and comfortable.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, and the free fruit and mini fridge in the room was a lovely touch. But the staff are truly what made my stay amazing!

The location is great for those visiting Petra - it's less than a few minutes to the entrance (only the Movenpick beats it). Hotel is very new with clean and fresh bedrooms. Overall, everyone was very helpful - Ahmed was great. Plus the 7 JOD packed lunch comes in very handy for Petra where everything is overpriced and underwhelming.
