Amazing location in the heart of Amman! The hotel is very central, with clean and comfortable rooms, a strong shower, and all facilities in perfect working order. The bed was cozy, and the delicious breakfast with a view was a great way to start the day. Special thanks to Meher and Maysaa, who were incredibly helpful, providing useful information and even lending us an umbrella on a rainy day.

Can’t complain about location as right in centre. Walking distance to city highlights. The staff are extremely helpful. If using WhatsApp they have a 10page post which includes all information of what is available and within walking distance. Including recommendations of tours available. A staff member at breakfast showed me the map of Petra and explained costs for transportation within the area.

Very clean room,very friendly manager and perfect location from everywhere. Distance walk from downtown and rainbow street. Close enough from Citadel. Mr Ayaal was friendly and helpful. He even prepared us breakfast since we were leaving very early (5:30 in the morning). The hotel has the essentials and a very decent breakfast. We loved it and we will come back.

The hotel was perfect! Everything was clean, new, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Breakfast prepared by Chef Mama was varied, delicious, and always fresh. When we were leaving early for a trip, they prepared a takeaway breakfast for us. Such a great gesture! The location of the hotel was amazing, we had everything close by and felt very safe. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone traveling to Amman. I would love to come back again. I would also like to thank the housekeeping staff, Salas for doing his job very well and also thanks for Khalid for the warm welcome.
