Very comfortable, modern an clean accommodation. Ideal location if you seek to go to the mountains. What surpassed all my expectations was food - I was treated to a wonderful multiple-course dinner and a fantastic breakfast, everything was delicious. I stayed as a mid-way point through Nakasendo. I have nothing but praise for this hotel. They picked me up at the station due to extremely heavy rain without me giving them prior notice which was appreciated. I would’ve frozen otherwise… 😂 The room is beautifully traditional but the highlight is definitely the outdoor spa sauna complex. Amazing!
