I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to the finer details and the hotel seemed to have an old world maritime-aerial theme. Quite appropriate for an Airport hotel situated on a small manmade island, in the Ise Bay of Tokoname city. The front of house girls were extra helpful and we met a very lovely bartender, during happy hour, who again gave me some peace in knowing there are some lovely souls out there, just doing their job but are just as curious as a visitor is to get to know more about the world. Her professionalism and ease of conversation in what must be a second or third language was just the perfect note to finish our holiday in Japan. Plus the perfect kickoff to our mini stay at Singapore on our way home to Sydney.

Room size, Facilitis and the location, we didn't expect if there's very big shopping mall next to the hotel for just 2 minutes walk. The hotel location also next to the sea whcih I can be do my exercise every morning. A lot of space of Car park area which I can easily access and park. The hotel also close to Toyota Rent a Car where I can get and return my rental car easily. Everything here perfect and fit for the guests who get the car for only 30 miniutes drive to Nagoya city.

Great location, fast check in and out by the machine. No waiting time at all. Breakfast was excellent. I loved Japanese style buffet. Convenience store is in the building. I didn’t hear any noises from other room. Very quiet and relaxed experience after the long flight.

Had a lot of amenities- massage chair in the room, kettle, toiletries. Free dinner included that you could choose from the freezer (ready meal) and coffee.

Many sightseeing attractions, like pottery walking path. Aeon shopping mall has shopping, restaurants, food court. Outside the mall were go-cart rides and kids activities center. Other attractions were boat racing and Costco Wholesale store next to Aeon mall. Some bus rides were free. Tokoname is also close to the International Airport.

Jalan magazine was available at the airport, and it made it easy to find the places I wanted to visit. It also had a map, so if you have time, definitely check it out. I'd love to take my grandchildren there next time I visit, and it has information on Tokoname souvenirs and places for kids to play. It's given me something to look forward to. It's a free magazine, but it was very helpful. There's an airport inside the airport, and I'd seen it on TV, so I really wanted to go. This is what an airport looks like, and we got to see how it's constructed and all the different parts. The food at the food court was delicious, too. I definitely recommend you go.

I must commend the exceptional friendliness of the hotel staff. During our stay, we discovered that the hotel consisted of two wings: one recently renovated and the other maintaining a more traditional style. We were assigned a room in the traditional wing, which, in comparison to the newer section, displayed signs of aging. However, despite this, the hotel's unbeatable location made up for any minor inconveniences, especially for guests with early morning flights like ourselves.

I booked a Junior Suite and I have to say the room was perfect. The room was big, bed and pillows were fluffy and comfortable and the toilet and bathtub is fantastic. The view is of course outstanding and you get a perfect view of the sea line. The reception staff was extremely friendly and speaks good English. They also offer a shuttle bus from the hotel and the bus driver is very friendly and welcoming. Overall, very glad that I've chose this hotel.

Location was great for an overnight stay before catching the morning flight out of Chubu Centrair. It was also located near the Aeon Mall. The room was surprisingly quiet even though we stayed in front of the elevator as the room doors close quietly rather than with a bang like most other hotels. The drawback is that the walls are thin and I had the misfortune of having a noisy neighbor. The room was spacious although a little old.

The location of the hotel is v convenient, connected to the airport. Not exposed to the elements, even if it rains. Within walking distance to free shuttle bus to AEON Mall.
