The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful made checking in a great experience.. it’s 5 minutes walk from chiba new town station.. only 30 minutes directly from terminal 2 at Narita The hotel is very close to supermarket and the mall with many fast food outlets and shops within easy walking distance

The uniqueness of a hotel that’s fairly close to the airport .. glad we chose this for our last night in japan .. we arrived about 4:30pm . Dropped bags and went directly to see what we could of the town and temple. The temple was empty as close to 6pm and was a beautiful temple / surrounds unique to others we visited so glad we squeezed that in ! Everything was perfect / clean / quality shower etc . The onsen bathing was a fun experience to top off our trip ! Recommend!! Be aware if you want a meal you need to advise 3 days ahead . We did not eat at the property so cannot comment on that . Great Japanese hospitality!

Very nice hotel, walking distance to Kashiwa main station. Lots of shops and restaurants around. Staff was very kind, and hotel is practically brand new. Breakfast was also good.

it’s a really comfortable little hotel. The rooms are cute and immaculate. the Host is so accommodating. We arranged concert tickets to be delivered and they didn’t turn up in time but the host offered to sign for them and let us know when they arrived. I can not compliment the host enough.
