The host is a very kind man and speaks fluent English. He picked me up from the airport and introduced me to the area. The location is a few minutes away from a very nice beach. you can go to the roof of the house and see the ocean. There's a 24/7 convenience store 15 minute walk away. The guesthouse was very nice and well equipped.

The check-in and check-out instructions were clearly communicated in advance, which was good because there was no staff on the location. The apartment was equipped with everything possible. I liked that there was also a dryer with the washing machine. Even without a car it's possible to get around, a bus stop is not far away.

During my visit, I found that several of your staff members...

During my visit, I found that several of your staff members appeared untrained and behaved in a rude manner, which made the stay uncomfortable. In addition, the number of guests was overwhelming, and the common areas, especially the breakfast area, felt overcrowded. The breakfast itself was of very poor quality — both in terms of food selection and taste — which was unexpected for a hotel of your standard.

Very beautiful scenery and nature.

Very beautiful scenery and nature. Beautiful beaches but not all are allowed for swimming so make sure to check beforehand. Places to visit are pretty far from each other so it'd be best to rent a car to get around. I would advise to stay in Itoman no longer than 3 days are things can be visited pretty quickly.

Do not fix check in time by 4:00 p.m. If someone comes earlier, You should keep their baggage until check in time. Normally, check in time is 2 p.m. or 3 p.m. I don't know why they make 4:00 p.m.? Also, in the room they prepare small tea table only, I requested little bit bigger than this, but they denied. If you have business this area? it will be ok, but tourist? Oh, no...look another area and hotel..so, I don't recommend this hotel to the tourist. It is nothing near by....

I really loved Miyatani Island, the northernmost point of...

I really loved Miyatani Island, the northernmost point of the island; it's truly beautiful. The city center is great for exploring, especially American Village. I want to spend two days there next time, but prices are a bit higher. Snake wine from Kokusai Street is definitely worth buying, and small appliances are easy to find. 300,000 yen wasn't enough; I even had to use a credit card. The food was okay; there are many yakiniku (grilled meat) restaurants, but they're also very popular with tourists, so be careful—some vendors might try to rip off Taiwanese people (I encountered one where the set meal was advertised as 1050 yen, but the actual price was 1700 yen in Naha). This particular restaurant was a local Okinawa noodle shop. Traffic in Itoman was quite good. If I didn't have kids, I really wanted to go to an izakaya (Japanese pub) at night, but they don't allow children in. It's a pity that it's too cold this time of year to go diving.

If you're not renting a car and have to rely on public...

If you're not renting a car and have to rely on public transport, this isn't a good place. You can get to Naha in 65-75 minutes, but that's pretty much the end of the line. Perhaps you could try a private tour operator, which would increase the cost.
