The onsen was fantastic. We enjoyed the family bath that night and took a quick dip in the morning. The beds were very comfortable, giving us both a good night's sleep. It was great to lounge around in the supplied yukatas and winter jacket, taking in the spectacular scenery of the river. Although we can not speak any Japanese, we were able to communicate with the owner.

Superior for a dorm room, you get as much privacy as one can have in a shared room, with almost capsule like wooden bunk beds. Beautiful and functional design, nice common areas and well kept facilities. Location is little out of city Center, but close enough to the nearest train station.
