Very clean and homely. A really nice change from a hotel. Beautiful linen and fantastic to have a laundry facility. Good kitchen and comfortable lounge. Great air con and very comfortable beds. From the moment I booked this property the communication with the owner was excellent. It was a real point of difference and made us feel cared for and able to ask for any thing we needed. The owner of the guest house is an absolute legend. The house is amazing and very cosy and clean. The accomodation has a very authentic Japanese atmosphere. The owner speaks little English but nonetheless tried very hard to communicate with us even though we spoke little Japanese. We still had a great conversation with a lot of laughs. The beds were very comfy, the room was nice and the service was amazing.

The front desk staffs were very friendly, helpful and did a great service. Roon was very clean and comfortable bed and pillow for me. Wonderful location to take train or bus. Great thing was we had a castle view room, impressive memories.

value for money was excellent because kids are not chargeable. rooms were well designed and cleaned. Amenities were not cheap. Breakfast was various and tasty.
