The location is simply unbeatable, close to subway, shopping area and famous tourist attractions. In spite of the huge number of tourists coming to Japan with different languages, cultures and background, the staff at the hotel were always attentive and professional. A special mention to Ms 森田 (I think)，who was so mindful of her guest needs. Always a smile on her face from early hours in the morning to the evening. Keep up the great work!
