Everything here feels like 50 years back. Old but very clean. Save the ticket to use a timemachine. The owner is a warm-hearted man who can speak some English. Welcome soup tastes good.

The Kuretakeso is a very good hotel located right next to the Hamamatsu station, the room is way bigger than expected which is always something nice, staff is nice and helpful, of course there's konbinis right next to it as well as some restaurants and izakayas. All in all it's a really strong option to consider if you're visiting Hamamatsu!

It was my first time visiting Kosai City.

It was my first time visiting Kosai City. I was blown away by the views of Lake Hamana and the Pacific Ocean! My hometown is surrounded by mountains, so I enjoyed the most open feeling. I was lucky to have beautiful weather during the rainy season. There was so much to see, I'd love to go back. I don't like crowds, so it was great to be surrounded by nature. The inn is a perfect facility for camping and fishing. It's the perfect choice when you want to move around freely. The amenities were purchased for environmental reasons, but that's fine. I think it's a good idea to change the awareness of users in the future.

The room is small, but the bed is firm and comfortable, allowing for a restful sleep. Razors, combs, and other essentials for getting ready are provided free of charge, as are coffee and other drinks. The welcome drink served between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM is a real treat. The breakfast buffet is also substantial. I don't think you'll find a hotel with such a rich selection at such a low price anywhere else. I'm very satisfied. Therefore, I use this hotel several times a year. I hope to continue using it in the future, so thank you for your continued support.

Located halfway between Toyohashi and Hamamatsu, this town...

Located halfway between Toyohashi and Hamamatsu, this town offers a tranquil atmosphere overlooking cabbage fields and the strong winds of the Enshu Nada Sea, but it's also close to the sea and Lake Hamana. At the Shiomizaka Roadside Station, Kosai City's Satsuma mandarins were lined up in rows from contracted farmers. While the current crop is primarily early-season varieties, they were delicious. Of course, there were also vegetables, eggs, seafood, flowers, and trees, all reasonably priced, making it a fun experience to choose from. Hamamatsu gyoza dumplings were also available in the freezer. I couldn't help but pick up some carefully sewn, handmade masks at an unbeatable price. I was surprised to see straw being used as goat feed. While I stayed at a hotel with free parking during my visit to Kosai City, I think I might have had a better experience if I'd done more research on the city. The breakfast was delicious, so I recommend visiting just to stay at the hotel.
