The room was surprisingly large and spacious, and the breakfast was lovely. The absolute most wonderful part were the hosts though: they were incredibly kind and accommodating even though I had an unusual arrival and departure schedule. Location is great, about a 7-minute walk from train station - when taking west exit from station, walk along the skywalk (1 level up), through Sogo Dept Store, then down onto street level, you'll see the hotel. Plenty of amenities, restaurants around. New, great staff, comfortable, clean, spacious (especially the bathroom).

The staff at the front counter were very kind and polite. Our room was perfect and had everything we needed and more. We were very impressed with the hot spring and were lucky that we were the only ones using it that evening. The location is good if you are arriving by train to Omiya. The main street has everything you need including a fantastic udon restaurant!
