Sato & Lin have been so helpeful ! I arrived cycling under heavy rain.. They welcome me on a very nice way. Always asking if I needed anything, offering hot drinks, and a great breakfast with products from the garden. The staff at the front counter were very kind and polite. Our room was perfect and had everything we needed and more. We were very impressed with the hot spring and were lucky that we were the only ones using it that evening. The location is good if you are arriving by train to Omiya. The main street has everything you need including a fantastic udon restaurant!
