The staff at the resort did such a fantastic job of making us comfortable, and welcomed and pampered. The location was beautiful and away from the hustle and bustle of the south side of the island. The grounds and buildings were immaculate, the bathrooms were outstanding, like having a spa in every room. The restaurants were phenomenal in offering selection, quality and interest. The Japanese restaurant in particular (Iju) offered fascinating and delicious food, like we had nowhere else in Japan at beyond reasonable prices. I would recommend the resort to anyone, we had the most fantastic time.

Everything is super nice! The view & the whole airbnb. Though it is a bit far from the centre, it is convenient if you are driving! Can even eat out and do star gazing at night!!! Perfect place to stay! The host is super passionate! I got to see their goats!!!

Apparently on a revitalised old house, I love the texture of the remains of torn down partition wall and the nostalgic aura of the hostel. The aura is further up;ifted by other cool and funky decorations which resembles a cool second hand fashionable item store in northern Okinawa - but don't be fooled by the look, the facilities and amenities are up to standard with proper laundry and tumble dry machine. Cyclist-friendly: with commuter bicycle for rent/on loan for guests, and guests who are on cycle touring may a a peace of mind by depositing your bicycle at the lobby area near the Reception Desk for the duration of the stay. This place is absolutely amazing. The setting in the forest is so magical, it was raining but that added to the magic, with the sounds of the rain and the birds. We had such a relaxing stay and Hisae was a wonderful host. There was so much attention to detail with welcome drinks in the fridge, local snacks in the room and fresh roses everywhere. Hisae cooked us a really delicious dinner which we ordered in advance and breakfast was incredible too, so much food, so many different flavours and a lovely selection of teas. Hisae was a great guide for the local area. We really recommend this place if you’re looking for a really special and relaxing time.
