The staff here are literally the most decent, warm and genuine people I have ever met at a hotel. One particular lady at reception made a lovely origami note for my daughter concerning her broken arm that was in plaster in a sling.

Everything about this place was amazing. The room was larger than the usual in Japan. I loved that there was a gym, and it’s well in the center but not too loud. It is close to everything! I love that there was also a bath tub. The beds were comfy.

The hotel is lovely, relaxing and smells great. There is an in- house cafe, gym and laundry facilities. Our room was very nice with a modern bathroom and amazing shower. The hotel offered a free drink at the cafe during our stay and is located centrally near many restaurants, convenient stores and a grocery store. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff was really kind and always available if you had any questions, they gave us good recommendations and good advice for how to get to arashiyama in the fastest way possible (better than google maps). The room was lovely, well equipped and spacious.
