A beautiful place to stay at, hidden away from the busy street. The host was amazing, greeting and waiting for us despite our late check-in and a bit of delay. It was great we were able to communicate in English which is always convenient for those who do not speak Japanese. Breakfast was always prepared for us at the time we wanted. Thank you :)

Great place for a weekend getaway with friends. The big table was perfect to spend time together and the kitchen supplies very useful (especially the Teppanyaki plate). We enjoyed the nearby beaches, little mountain, and big mall/supermarket.

Requested a room with good view and was given a top floor facing the wakayama castle, fantastic.Good checked in and very good breakfast. Although the hotel is between the 2 train station but nice weather so able to walk to the hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised with the generosity of the hotel. Their onsen opens up until late night and they also offer freeramen meal and popsicles at night. Not to mention, their room is spacious and well-maintained. Convenient location near the station too is another plus. Am still surprised why is this not a four star hotel.
