Close to shinkanzen and bus stop, so easy to get there, nice room, looked like it was described, clean, nice and friendly staff, enjoyable onsen (especially when I got it all by myself in the middle of the day), peaceful environment, good breakfast, and wheelchair friendly. My room was wheelchair accessible, and there was a small step up to the onsen area, but I managed to get there and enjoy it without help (can only talk about the female section). Good place to stay if visiting the Hakone area, wanting to see Mishima.

It was a convenient choice nearby Mishima train station, with good accesability to the Shinkansen line. The hotel was comfy and tidy, with a magnificent view of mount Fuji for the roof top Onsen, the lovely town of Mishima had many spots to explore, an animal park and an imperial villa in going distance.

The hotel is extremely close to Mishima JR Station, and there are several restaurants and bars around it. It is a good spot for you to take buses to other touristic locations in the region.
