The room was amazing! It was very spacious. The bathroom had a walk in shower and a bathtub and the bed was on a tatami. The staff was very kind and they offer many things (like the soup for dinner and coffee and cappuccino in the morning, and bath salts for bathing).

Room size. Comfy bed. Cleanliness. Next to Kanazawa station with indoor passage, really helpful on a rainy day. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Staff were very helpful with restaurants booking as I don’t speak Japanese.

It has everything we need. The washing machine inside the room was really convenient. The breakfast buffet was amazing since we like Japanese breakfast anyway. The room size is perfect. The bathroom size is spacious, too. We also love the shampoo, conditioner, and bath gel. You basically do not need to bring much since the hotel provides your needs.

I really appreciate Hotel Intergate Kanazawa, their efforts in taking care of guests. The breakfast was very delicious and healthy, and they kindly offer light meals all day long free if charge. The light dinner from 8pm to 10pm was just comforting, after a long day out, you could unwind, eat something light and tasty and complete your day. Their public hot bath was very comfortable.
