Wow! Loved every aspect of this accommodation! The location. The furnishings all new but beautifully rustic. The surrounding forestry/ local walks and river.. The full amenities of the cabin. The igloo style tent was amazing. Inside it was very warm and cozy even with the -13 degree weather outside. Amazing amount of food was waiting for us in our room / tent. The beds were the most comfortable we have slept in on our trip to Japan.

It feels like home. Kazu-san, the owner, was very welcoming and helpful. We were lucky that there was a small festival held nearby and he drove us there. He was also knowledgeable and we had a good time chatting just about anything.

Very cozy and so clean place to stay. The hosts are amazing, he gave us THE best recommandations as he understood we loved hiking and nature. It took about 15 min by car to the city to get dinner.
