I was so amazed with the staff they are so friendly, and when we already check out we forgot something and we call the hotel, We ask them that If it’s ok just to send it in our address and then tomorrow we receive our things. They are so kind. Very recommended hotel! Foods our healthy & delicious!

Beautiful location, new wing rooms were stunning. We had a package delivered to the hotel, and they had it out for us available once we checked in. They went above and beyond with helping us hold our luggage, and call our next host to ask if they could ship it there, and arranged everything for us as needed. The view was right after a big snow storm, so the grounds were white and beautiful, and it was awesome to watch the just-white leaves of the tree during our included breakfast. They then showed us to the bus stop, to make sure we were on our way. The room was spacious and pretty. The bathtub was spectacular, and offered a small balcony, with a view of the mountains. Was perfect to stay before starting the alpine route.

Positives: the staff tries their best to help solve any issues and provide information and help with equipment rentals. The restaurant is spectacular and I ate breakfast and dinner there every day of my stay. Breakfast is traditional japanese food only. Dinner was sensational, a five course meal each night. Always with a special menu. The hotel has just been renovated and everything is brand new, including the equipment available for rental. They event have ski clothing available to rent. They lit up the fireplace everyday in the living room of the hotel. Ryu, one of the staff members was super helpful. I would stay there again if I were looking for a quiet place close to a slope for beginners/intermediate.

Quite clean, the beds were already made which was really easy nice to not have to set up the beds after getting there. Stayed in a tatami room with 5 people. Downstairs has free coffee, tea and water. Was very helpful when we were going to be late with check in, and even though there was not much parking left, staff helped us find a spot.
