The place was impeccably clean. Felt brand new, had great bedding (we reminisced over it at the other places we stayed), really everything was top notch. There was a great place to store your ski gear, let your ski wear dry, the kitchen facility had everything you'd need, the showers were great (had soap etc; an area to blow dry your hair). There was also a laundry room, but you had to pay for it. It was really remote in a very romantic you're alone in a winter wonderland way. You are really close to the ski hill and even closer to the shuttle bus stop.

The place was super spacious and clean. There is a lounge where they served breakfast. The best part was that all the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The onsen was really good because it was just the right temperature🤩. In terms of logistics, it was excellent. The ski slope wasn’t really far away and there was a ski rental just across the road.

Everything! A clean place, great and friendly staff. Comfortable beds (we stayed in a Japanese room) and delicious dinner (we reserved dinner each night we were there). Their onsen is clean and great! Highly recommended to stay here. Only 10 minds walk to Tsugaike gondola. Great location!

Exceptional location, 20 meters from lifts. Away from the pubs and tourists frenzy of Happo but easily within reach if that’s what you’re after. World’s best Onsen facilities, awesome smorgasbord breakfast and dinner. Guest locker facilities are perfect and MYO lunch pizzas with beers is a must. Rooms are older and simple but clean with everything you need. It’s not advertised as a 5 star penthouse establishment it’s a functional, practical, clean, comfortable hotel. Enough English to easily get by but still predominantly and thankfully Japanese. During my 12 day visit we had 4 meters of fresh snow and as I left anther 4 days of 60+cm fresh powder started. Tree runs are absolute world class attracting many away from European/Canadian/USA resorts. Unfortunately this hidden gem won’t remain hidden for much longer!! Move fast!!! See you next year, I’m doing 3 weeks.

Very friendly service from front desk and the chef can speak pretty good english. Comfy breakfast and ski in sky out resort, perfect for you to quickly get to the chair lift/gondola without carrying the heavy ski or board gears on the road. Great tasting breakfast, food presentation and freshness was great. Japanese with a little western food. Very clean rooms, drying rooms and onsen. Location walk to snow. Also has a restaurant on the same building with great Japanese food, friendly helpful staff and clean.
