Loved the stay !!! Rooms were v nice , staff was v courteous and helpful . Enjoyed the walk in front of the hotel . The swimming pool and bath facilities were v nice as well. Best place to stay in Osaka in my opinion especially during cherry blossom .

Simply the best room we ever stayed in - very comfortable beds but the widest (10 metres plus ?) ceiling to floor almost all glass window giving spectacular city views especially at night time. Most friendly helpful staff and a special shout out to Satsuki who welcomed us so well and the staff who did our room so beautifully for or special anniversary and also to the friendly bar staff especially Irene (Irish spelling 😇)

Extremely new and modern - definitely felt more luxurious than a typical 3 star hotel. Massive room with sofa, huge TV and extra large bathroom. Location is great for Shin-Osaka, and it was a short subway ride into the central part of Osaka.

The location was very good- close enough to a subway station that it was not too bad to walk to, even in July heat. The room was big enough, especially when travelling alone, and had good air conditioning. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Impressed with the hotel in many ways. The hotel staff were happy and attentive. I forgot things at the previous hotel and had to send the package to this hotel. The hotel staff were happy to be in charge of arranging to receive the package for the room. The stay was perfect according to APA standards. The location was close to the skytrain. On the last day I was impressed by the hard work of the staff. A female hotel employee on duty in the morning on 9 april 2024 had the business of picking up a parcel, which impressed her very much. It deserves to be rewarded for being attentive to customers. That morning, I still hadn't received the parcel and had to go to the office to contact the office myself, but she came to take care of this and was very impressed and will go back to stay again.

It was very close to Shin-Osaka, I could travel around easily. The hotel was new and very clean. The staff was polite. The onsen was very pleasant, I could enjoy it every evening, it was open until 2am (so gooood)
