The Hotel is new open and it was an excellent stay during these dates. The location is very convenient—co-located with Tenjin Metro Station, and the signage clearly guides you to the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. It was also very quiet, and the bed was extremely comfortable, making it perfect for rest. The reception is located on the 19th floor, and you can take the elevator directly from the station B2 to the 19th floor, then transfer to an internal elevator to reach your room level. Highly recommended for your stay in Fukuoka Tenjin.

The sushi restaurant and the bar in the roof are very good . All the staffs were super friendly . The temperature was really cold for two days and they passed out hot packs for guests on their way out.

The staff were excellent. They were very friendly, and even though some didn’t speak english, they still tried to communicate and always greeted guests whenever we came in the lobby. They lent me an iron which unfortunately stained my clothes. They kindly washed my clothes for me until the stains had disappeared, and apologised. Even though they were busy they were kind to all customers

In case you have a large suitcase, go out from exit 7 by elevator in a short walking distance. 7 eleven in front of the hotel, and there is a close family mart. Friendly and nice staff. Smooth check-in and out. Coin laundry service 24/7. The vending machine and drinking corner on the first floor. Comfy beds
