This hoteI is new and very clean. The owner of the hotel is a very nice and very helpful. I can see the beatiful view of the mountain from the window of the hotel. The private onsen is very impressive. I got lost because my GPS doesn't work and I got there late at night. Fortunately, I brought the phone number and the name of the hotel in Japanese. The owner is so nice to come to pick me up and take me to the hotel safely.

the place was very cosy and the private onsen was amazing. a little ways off from the main town so you need to prep snacks ahead but the owner was very nice to drive us to and from the train station upon request. There's alot of information in the room about ordering food so if you get hungry just refer to those.

My daughter and I very much enjoyed our one night stay. The hotel is in a great location, close to the Hells and to a very nice public onsen. There are a lot of restaurants within 10-15 min walk. We had our car but decided to park it at the hotel and walk everywhere. The staff at check in was very nice and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean. I highly recommend this hotel.
