The overall hospitality is fantastic! The room is spacious. The staff really considers the guest, the onsen, a small gift from the staff, and snacks available in vicinity since food isn't not easily in reach at night. Also the view from Mount Fuji is beautiful, and the shared garden in the back was a nice touch. The foot massage garden was one of my favorites as it both entertained and educated me about how the foot connects to a part of the body

The view of Mt Fuji was amazing. Nothing obstructed the view and the whole mountain could be seen from foot to top. The sauna and Japanese spa experience was exquisite. A hotel with an old ambience but impecable in every way. Highly recommended for those who love quiet and contact with nature.

- Felt like a boutique resort with VIP treatment. - The staff were incredibly hospitable. Treated us like family. - Onsens were immaculate. - My wife and I are tattooed and were able to get some private onsen time! - breakfast was cooked fresh to our tastes each morning. - Onsite Thai restaurant was some of the best food we’ve ever tasted. So yummy! Cooked with love. - Absolutely the best value for a family or even couples trip near the beautiful Lake Yamanaka! - Cute little dog “Belly” made a few appearances :)

Great traditional spacious room with tremendous views on the Yamanakako lake and views on mount Fuji, if you go just outside the house. The location is perfect as it is practically next to the bus stop (Highway express stops here as well) and 7 eleven. There was a lavatory in the room and we could even wear the provided traditional Japanese bathrobe we could wear after onsen.

We really like the private onsen it was very relaxing and very clean, the hotel is new and our room was perfect, we also like the staff they are really friendly , the hotel is very clean , the foods are great we loved it , the plan was to stay just for a night, but we really loved it in here then we extend our stay again for another night. The welcome drinks and fruits everything was perfect .
