From the moment we arrived, our experience at JW Marriott Hotel Nairobi was nothing short of spectacular! The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay extraordinary. A special shout-out to Pricilla and Jemimah, who made us feel like royalty throughout our visit. Their attention to detail and genuine warmth made us feel so welcome and cared for. The entire hotel team exceeded our expectations, from the seamless check-in to assisting with local activities. The room was luxurious, with stunning views and all the comforts we could ask for. We also loved the the amenities available including the spa and stunning pool. There were many exceptional restaurant options to choose from. We can't thank the team enough for making our stay unforgettable. It was the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and personal attention, and we’ll definitely be recommending to our friends and family. The Place Is a family Friendly Safe space I had a Korean friend who suggested we check out the place and truly it was a hidden gem. I loved the way, the Rooms were cleaned, everyday got a fresh towel. The welcoming gift of fruits and juice was amazing. The Manager, Gideon and his Chef Victor went extra mile to ensure our stay was comfortable. Would Definitely Recommend the place Anyday Anytime
