The hotel is located in a serene environment and has an amazing chilled ambience.The well lit compound has a perfect open space for star gazing at night. The overlooking Hyrax Hill was quite refreshing, and the chirping of birds equally soothing. The staff were very welcoming and courteous and loved their well presented meals. The cosy beds are worth every penny and night. They allowed late checkout and greatly loved the experience. The host madam Mercy was superb and clearly understood what delighting clients meant.. Noted that they have very modern conference facilities. I will be back..😊

Perfect city location right in front of the Matatu bus terminal. Very pleasant personnel - after we had a complaint about noisy room neighboirs, it was suggested by the owner that we get a different (and bigger) room. Breakfast as described by others very delicious - though rather a brunch (not necessarily continental breakfast). The personnel was also very helpful for tourist attractions and they helped us printing a document.

This is a true luxury hotel experience. Everything (room, building, yard, restaurant, and staff) is exceptional. The rooms are spacious, elegant, and super clean. The bed is very comfortable. The staff is friendly, helpful and responsive. One morning I asked for a cappuccino, before heading out for a full day safari drive, but the espresso machine was receiving regular maintenance. The staff surprised me by delivering a cappuccino to me when I was already in the safari land crusier about to depart. Above and beyond service. A great luxury hotel.

We liked it all. The location was great, in the center in a very clean area next to a beautiful park. Perfect to walk around for us. The staff were super nice and helpful with everything we needed. The room was very big, with wonderful view and perfectly equipped. The swimming pool was big, clean and surrounded by a nice area to sit and relax. The restaurant is also very good. And it has a cafe and a nice central area to sit.

From the moment you enter the reception of this fantastic hotel you feel welcome. The staff are so polite and service minded that you lack words to thank them. When you arrive at the reception you meet a fantastic woman named "Angelina" who takes care of you in a professional manner. She really bears the name Angel because she was my angel to help and understand most things. She is without a doubt a great resource for the hotel. I got a room you can only dream of. Well-cleaned, large and full of everything. The restaurant offers a fantastic breakfast and they are open 24 hours with a buffet with local and other types of food.
