Very nice hotel with very friendly staff. Comfortable bed, air conditioning, modern. For breakfast I was attended by Mike who was very friendly and made sure I got everything I needed. The breakfast was good quality, I had a delicious omelette and sausages. I arrived very early and they were happy to hold my luggage so I could see the city. Later upon check-in my baggage was already in my room.. Also at checkout they let me stay in the common areas as I waited for my train. Overall a very comfortable stay.

Ok...this was from far the best cuatomer service I've had when it comes to hotels that I've stayed at (and I've travelled a lot). These people are simply outta this world! Incredibly warm people, attentive to details, helpful in every way, etc etc. The rooms are very good, bed comfortable, clean, spacious...simple perfect. Absolutely NOTHING to complain about.
