This is paradise!!! So so beautiful and in a great location. It can accommodate different groups of people; families, groups of friends, honeymoon couples etc. The rooms are clean, big and modern with smart Tvs. There are two well thought out and good sized pools. One in a place with a shade (and a slide) and the other one in the open overlooking the beach. The beach is private and clean. They have two rooftop areas where one can catch the most breathtaking sunset. The food was well prepared and inclusive. The hospitality was excellent. The staff were the cherry on top. The resort is run by Mr Kinoti, a true gentleman, who was constantly on his feet to ensure everything was running seemlessly. The restaurant staff: Juma, Albert, Bakari.... just to mention a few, were so kind and attentive. They went the extra mile to meet our needs always. We couldn't thank them all enough for giving us an unforgettable experience. Ps: The coffee is outstanding!

Breakfast very good, and every day they change something: base is very good coffee, fruit, honey jam, milk, and one day you have beans cooked in coconut sauce, another day chapati or omelettes, then toasts or sweet rice balls, something typical swahili and we enjoyed a lot. Location is special! Beach just there and a wonderful tropical garden behind. No noise, only birds and peace. No moskitos!!!!

Everything is beautiful! Garden is so green, a lot of palms on the beach. The staff are very polite. The manager Pamela was so helpful in many things, she helped us to rent a motor bike with locals, and had organize a cake for our anniversary as a surprise.

We just came back from Mzima Beach, where we stayed for 9 days, and honestly, it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The place itself is beautiful, but what really made it special were the people. Everyone was so kind and truly went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and happy. Room service was just perfect — always on time, incredibly attentive, and everything was spotlessly clean. You could tell how much care and pride they put into every little detail. Coming back to a beautifully made room every day felt so comforting. Charles, the manager, was absolutely fantastic — always smiling, full of life, and spreading so much positive energy around. He really made the whole experience shine. My husband also had a deep tissue massage from Emely, and she was absolutely amazing. She really knows what she’s doing — professional, caring, and so skilled. He felt completely relaxed and renewed afterward. Mzima Beach isn’t just a beautiful place to stay — it’s a place filled with heart. The people there make all the difference. We left with so much gratitude and so many happy memories.

Everything! Very clean, great space… AC in bedrooms, staff were super helpful and friendly, food was good. Easy walk onto the beach where you could walk to other restaurants etc. water in bedrooms, a few hangers for clothes. Would definitely stay again if I come back to diani beach.

Everything was awesome! I’ll definitely stay there again and also recommend the place to people! The staff were great from my check-in to my check-out. The hotel has very friendly staff and were able to consider all my needs and requests to the detail. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The rooms are sparkling clean. Beautifully positioned (cabins/pods), ample lighting, and well-designed for a quiet and peaceful getaway. The food was well made with love and quite delicious, compliments to their inhouse Chef. Overall, I had a great experience with Lalagalu; the staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend.
