I liked the property because it is accessible and that it is near a mall. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable overall. The dining area is very nice and offers a view of Nairobi. Security is good which added to the safety I felt staying in the city. Good breakfast.

From the moment we arrived, our experience at JW Marriott Hotel Nairobi was nothing short of spectacular! The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay extraordinary. A special shout-out to Pricilla and Jemimah, who made us feel like royalty throughout our visit. Their attention to detail and genuine warmth made us feel so welcome and cared for. The entire hotel team exceeded our expectations, from the seamless check-in to assisting with local activities. The room was luxurious, with stunning views and all the comforts we could ask for. We also loved the the amenities available including the spa and stunning pool. There were many exceptional restaurant options to choose from. We can't thank the team enough for making our stay unforgettable. It was the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and personal attention, and we’ll definitely be recommending to our friends and family. This hotel is a gem hidden on the edge of the Kilmani district. Despite being only a stone's throw away from the hustle and bustle of Yaya Mall and the ring road, it is a paradise of tranquillity. The hotel is beautiful, with the fixtures and furnishings in the rooms being tastefully done. All the staff, especially Peter and Liz at reception, were always available to help. Another aspect was the delicious food. The hotel has an extremely talented Indian chef, who fuses Indian and Kenyan cuisine. The breakfast, with Paratha and eggs, was wonderful. I can't say enough good things about this hotel; it will be the place I come back to when I return to Nairobi.

It’s a beautiful and quiet place in a lovely neighbourhood, I could walk to the UN compound for my meetings. The staff are amazing and the food excellent -they were very welcoming & accommodating of early breakfasts or other requests. The cabins are really lovely and it felt very safe. I thoroughly recommend:) and close to Karura forest also which is great for walks or running.
