The service was exceptional from arrival to checkout. The staff were warm, attentive, and consistently professional. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. The food, ambience, and general feel of the JW Marriott made the stay truly enjoyable.

One of the best places I have ever stayed. The house and garden are very clean, the food and wine are delicious. The staff are very nice and always smiling, they will help you with anything. You can swim in the pool, sunbathe in the garden. There is a high level of security in the accommodation and in the area, even if you are travelling alone. The house is very cosy and homely. We have spent the most unforgettable days at the Drexel House! The location is perfect! There is a beautiful garden at the house where you can enjoy breakfast with a beautiful view! The design of the house is so adorable! There are a lot of vintage details inside. There is a fireplace inside where you can have dinner. We have stayed both in the room and in the villa. We liked both so much! Villa will be great for the family, it’s big and has several rooms. The owner of the House Dan is very friendly and helpful,as all his stuff! We liked every day of being there,sometimes we didn’t go anywhere ,just wanted to stay there and to enjoy the atmosphere of this unique place! We are sure that we will come back there one day! Cozy,comfortable and welcoming place! Thank you for the perfect stay!

I spent three days on my first trip in Nairobi.

I spent three days on my first trip in Nairobi. I used Bolt for all transportation, and felt that I saw in a car hours every day :) The city is quite big, green and lush - there's something for everyone. People were really nice, and I felt safe walking outside, even after dark (just avoid places were there are no other people, or the CBD area). What I did not like was the traffic (due to very poor public transportation) and the fact that the sidewalks/pavements were terrible all around the city. But it's a great place to experience both "real Africa" as well as modern malls, parks, and restaurants. I went to the Giraffe Center, which was nice, but the drive from downtown can take up to one hour. I also considered the National Park, which is within the city limits - maybe next time. I also visited the modern Village Market mall, as well as the genuinely African Westlands Market. I can recommend at least the latter one, as it had many shops with Kenyan souvenirs, tailors, and also second-hand clothes at cheap prices. The top floor was a but annoying, though, as I was the only customer, and every vendor tried to lure me to their shop. It's easy for me now to go to Nairobi again, and I can honestly recommend it as a global but still African city.

I liked the weather. I liked the Karura Forest area. Good Hindu Temples. Lovely Museum of Illusion and Karura Forest Trails. People are nice and friendly. I did not like bargaining everywhere. You feel like cheated if you don't bargain or bargain enough. Drinking water is expensive

We enjoyed spending a week in Nairobi.

We enjoyed spending a week in Nairobi. We learned much at the National Archives, enjoyed seeing animals in the national park, and had fun in a local shopping center. Visitors need to research what to do and be prepared to hire a ride to move around. We visited with small children and felt both overwhelmed and safe during our visit.

Nairobi is a huge, busy, crowded and chaotic city. It's an assault on the senses with all the action and business going on. Our family of six found the people incredibly friendly, with a lovely sense of fun. We were aged between 67 and 17 so we all had different highlights. I would recommend doing the cookery course where they bring you shopping in local markets and you go back to someones flat. We went with Rumma Tours. We took a Mutatu Bus which we enjoyed thoroughly, fun. Walking around the city was very interesting but remember not to smoke on the street or take any photos of official buildings. We didn't know this and almost got arrested twice! The National Safari Park was better than expected but all parks are very costly (I believe the prices have been doubled over the past few months). We did a trip to Hell's Gate and Lake Naivasha which was amazing, even just the drive there and back was an eye opener. We stayed in Lavington which was very convenient and were able to walk to The Mall and to local restaurants.

My stay was beautiful and excellent 💯. The staff are amazing and their services are good coz they know how to treat their customers. The rooms are clean and neat with strong wi-fi, plus the room rates are awesome . I truly enjoyed the food, The chef knows how to cook and the waitresses are friendly too. You can view Nairobi CBD and Westland from the restaurant. For those who love to pray 🙏 like myself they have a hall chapel. I'm looking forward to visiting again together with my friends, thank you for making my stay beautiful.

It was amazing couple of days in Hyatt Westlands. Visiting Nairobi wouldn't be full without this hotel. Roy at the reception was very helpful and kind and fast with any request. We had issues with Booking payment and we were able so solve it fast. I enjoyed the view and the food and I would be lucky if I come back.
