    I loved everything until the moment when, during checkout, i was told that since I had prepaid on this platform and they hadn’t received the payment yet, I needed to pay the entire sum a second time otherwise I wouldn’t be allowed to leave the premises. I ended up paying a second time just because I had errands and am now disputing with the hotel for a full refund.

    Compared to Nairobi, it is a slower pace but that is the point. Getting a tour of the lake was the highlight of my trip. Next time, I want to explore Crescent Island fully. It only takes a couple of days to fully see everything there if you plan well.

    The Lake and the activities around it are what's best about Naivasha. The town is busy, dusty and not ideal to walk around. Most banks are there and some good supermarkets. Its a transit town so lots of trucks and travelers

    Naivasha is such a cool place to visit, anytime you feel overwhelmed by the city life. It's neither too far away from the city nor too close; just the right distance! Naivasha has something for everyone: whether on a budget or want to splash out, you'll get your fix. Myself, I prefer staying at a place that is moderately priced, has a unique factor about it, value for money then during the day visit the more high end spots for amazing ambience, top notch cuisines and other luxuries like spas. I hope to check out the glass cabins the next time I'm visiting Naivasha.

    Fun and alot of activities for different ages. Alot of clubs to chose from Boat rides on the lake with scenic views with knowledgeable guides Geothermal and hells gate tour was also informative and amazing with our guide Felix.

    Basically everything was on point proximity to the shopping mall and to the town was perfect, The goat was very accessible and available and also very helpful. The security withing the compound both day and night was good The facility itself was clean. The place is quite the only time u hear movement apart from the trucks on the main highway is when people are driving in or out.

    The room was very clean and it was well furnished. The apartment is in the center of the town and it is easier to reach restaurants, supermarkets and transports. The staff cleaned the room every day and it was always spotless. We had a few inconveniences but they did everything they could to solve them immediately.
