A very pleasant and very good and clean homestay. Brand new bathroom incl. Western flush toilet. Breakfast was great and the people extremely kind and helpful. Great value for money.

What a great place and what a charming and kind family! We had a good time, enjoying good food, chats with family members (one daughter speaks a bit of English, and google translate helped also) our own bathroom and a good location, about 10-15 min walk from the village center and the market. We can certainly recommend Modern Homestay when you are in Arslanbob. Just perfect!

Good food and a friendly host! We got picked up from the centre of town and dropped off when we left. Breakfast time is very flexible and we got to eat early on the day we left so that we could catch the marshrutka.
