The hotel fully met our expectations and the staff were very helpful. The WiFi truly was fast. Some hotels claim to offer fast WiFi, but it’s only fast under favourable conditions. Here it was fast and rock solid 100% of the time. Plenty of power sockets for recharging things.

The room was bigger than I expected, very clean and the bathroom/shower areas were very clean and comfortable. My friend mentioned how comfortable the bed was too. The free breakfast also exceeded our expectations and was enough to keep us full half of the day!

The breakfast is good, with fresh lobster salad and fresh scrambled eggs and orange juice, great coffee and much more. Amazing. There is a great spa/onsen/sauna included, the best on our 3 weeks trip. Parking is right beneath the hotel. Room is spacious and clean. There was bread and ramyeon noodles provided although I did not eat the noodles. There was a lot of space in the room, and the location of the place was accessible from downtown, walkable by around 15 minutes.

All the facilities in the room were amazing from a huge TV, toiletries, robes, a jacuzzi bath and a shower to very wide and very comfortable beds. The rooms were also very big. It felt like a luxury hotel but at a very reasonable price.
